Refund policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was shipped

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or sealed trading card products
  • Graded cards
  • Final sale items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact support with order details
  • Provide photographic evidence if applicable
  • Await approval before returning the item

5. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

8. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
